Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Shipping Restrictions


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Orders shipped to P.O. box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations are considered beyond points. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Separate Shipments

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, youll need to place separate orders for each address.


Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes and duties. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page. Any additional import charges are ultimately your responsibility.


Order Tracking Information

Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email

  1. Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
  2. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Order History

You can also track your order in your order history.

  1. Please click Order Tracking at the bottom of Strawberry Fields page and fill in your information.
  2. Click "Track My Order" to get the tracking information for your order.

It may take up to 5 days for your tracking number to be activated.


Order Cancellation & Change Request

We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at

Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed. We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.


Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact so that we can get you sorted.

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all charges.
